Spiced Apple Sour

    Recipe

    Ingredients:
    1 oz lemon juice
4 oz spiced apple cider (Preferably RW Knudsen's)
1/2 oz aquafaba or ~1/2 oz egg white (about half an egg white)
    Freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon

    Build:
    1. Add the lemon juice, spiced apple cider, and aquafaba or egg white to a shaker tin.
    2. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill and develop foam.
    3. Strain into a coupe glass, or into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
    4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
