Apple Pie Flip

Ingredients:

• 1 oz apple pie spice syrup
• 3 oz apple juice
• 1 whole egg
• Nutmeg and a cinnamon stick(for garnish)

Build:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, then fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
