Champagne Cocktail

Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3–4 dashes aromatic bitters
  • ~0.25–0.5 oz brandy (optional, and definitely omit for the mocktail version)
  • 4–6 oz Champagne or other bubbly (we used Prosecco; use a non-alcoholic version for a mocktail)



Build:

  1. Drop the sugar cube into a Champagne flute and top it with the aromatic bitters.
  2. If using brandy, pour it over the sugar cube.
  3. Gently top with Champagne or other bubbly, it will fizz quite a bit.
  4. Enjoy, and see you in the New Year!
